Thermoformed packaging
Thermoformed packaging including clam shells, blister trays and blister pouches for heat sealing applications are all within the capabilities of The Packaging Factory.
We produce clam packs or clam shells for use in gift boxes or presentation packs to ensure the products are securely held in place and to improve the overall presentation of the product. An alternative application is that a printed card can be inserted into the pack so that the clam shell can go straight to retail.
Blister trays are perfect for giving the product that extra bit of stability inside a carton. Thermoformed packaging can be used within folding box board or within acetate cartons.
Blister Packaging
Blister packing has been used to display products in store for many years now.
We are able to form the pouches for blister packing on site.
We would design the blister exactly to your specification or produce a specification based on the product you wish to pack.
