Flow Wrapping

Flow wrapping is a key area of our business. We currently operate five flow wrappers that are capable of wrapping an array of products, such as leaflets, cards, books, sachets, perfume samplers, cosmetics, straws and many product samples for retail or promotions. Flow wrapping is an extremely versatile packing method that is adaptable enough for use with many products. Our flow wrappers are situated in a clean environment and all of the film we use is of food grade standard. We can supply all film types – printed or plain.

Shrink Wrapping

Our modern, fast and efficient shrink wrappers are capable of wrapping very small and large items at a fast reliable rate. This form of wrapping is ideal if the main requirement is to keep a product clean. The film will be formed around the product creating an airtight sealed package.

Straw Wrapping

We believe that we are one of the few companies in the UK with the capability to paper wrap straws. We manage complete promotional projects where we source the straws, print any paper inserts or coupons, insert these coupons into the straw, print the straw wrap paper, wrap the straws and finally collate into the required mix before managing the final distribution to the stores. If there are cash redemption vouchers or actual currency to be inserted into the straws before wrapping then we would provide a full audit trail of the insertions and supply a full security team to monitor the entire process.
